CDC is always aiming to focus on the importance of effective training and workforce development programs as part of a broader strategy to increase the competitiveness of DIU graduates. Although rapid technological change and increasing global competition have delivered great benefits to the fresh graduates overall, the development of new and more productive theories has caused some experience which is significant declines in job market and job prospects; CDC is planning and conducting several long term training for the graduates. People with less skills or non experienced are facing particular challenges, and effective job training programs are an important component of policies to help these people or graduates. CDC’s long term training programs are designed to engage potential employer, industry partners and actively guide students to able them career focused. Professional Excellence Program (PEP), Employability plus, Islami Bank Training and research Academy (IBTRA) on job training are the current program which is conducted by CDC successfully in recent time.
For most of the cases, opportunities in the job market have enabled each generation to achieve a higher standard of living for themselves. CDC believes that long-term prosperity is achieved not just through economic growth, but also through broad participation in that growth. In today’s economy, access to educational and skill-development opportunities is a crucial component of efforts to facilitate that broad participation. Improving traditional education is an obvious first step in preparing workers for well-paid jobs. CDC aimed at raising educational attainment and improving the quality of primary, secondary, and postsecondary education. However, other forms of workforce development must also play an important role.
