Career Development Center of Daffodil International University successfully completed the last day (Day-3, Session-6) of the Mentoring Sessions of “Land Your Dream Job and Excel” project for the out-going and senior graduating students of Daffodil International University.

Career Development Center has taken an initiative for the graduating students to improve their potentiality through a 3 days long Mentoring Sessions with the title of “LandYourDreamJob and Excel” project. CDC has successfully completed the last (third) day Session-6 on the topic of Mastering the Art of Salesmanship on June 07, 2014 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at DIU Auditorium.

Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Daffodil Group was the keynote speaker of the mentoring session on Mastering the Art of Salesmanship. He emphasized on 5Ts of selling. He also described some critical key success points of selling. He suggested students to emphasize on Social media to promote brand and sell any product which will be more effective. He gave examples of Coca Cola and Unilever to portray their selling methods. He also suggested using everyone’s network effectively. He said that everyone should learn to develop communication and presentation skills and develop the salesmanship characteristics with his/her won in every respect to become successful and contribute to the society and country. Students were engaged in various questions about selling in question-answer session.
About 300 graduating students including 64 out-going registered students

10 honorable faculty members were participated in the said session. The session was very much interactive and effective for the students and they enjoyed the session very much.
At the end of the program, the certificates were awarded among the registered graduating participants by honorable keynote-speaker Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Daffodil Group. The Mentoring session program was ended by the thanks note of Mr. Syed Maruf Reza, Coordinator, Career Development Center (CDC) of Daffodil International University.
