Career Development Center (CDC)and International Affairs organized a seminar on “Higher Studies in UK” was held for the students of Daffodil International University on October 29, 2014 at DIU Digital Classroom in association with Global Study and admission.ac.

Mr. David Joyec, International Recruitment Officer, University of South Wales was present as the Keynote Speaker of this session. Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain was present in the seminar and gave welcome speech.
Mr. David Joyec gave a nice speech which contained lots of information about knowledge on British Education and curriculum and assessment for programs, the way of taking preparation for higher education in the UK. He also provided information about United Kingdom and facts about the trend of higher education in the UK. The participants got adequate information regarding getting an admission, selecting a subject of study, choosing an institution, and most importantly the tuition fees of study and living cost in the UK by this session.

Students were engaged with various quarries in Questions answer session. A total number of 50 students from different disciplines and different campuses were present on the workshop and they enjoyed the whole session and it will be very effective for students those are looking for a good career. At the end of the session Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain handed over the Daffodil International University’s souvenir to the Keynote speaker on the session
